June 11 – Hiked Flattop Mountain (3hrs, very strenuous hike)
June 8 – Ran the neighborhood loop (2.34 miles, 27:27), walked 1.5 miles with Howdy and the dogs
June 4 – 1.5 mile hike up Mt. Baldy w/ Howdy

May 2011 fitness:
May 29 – 3-mile hike with Howdy and the dogs; Played a round of golf, walking the course (6.3 miles carrying the clubs)
May 27 – hit 2 buckets of golf balls on the driving range
May 26 – hit a bucket of golf balls on the driving range
May 25 – 30 min interval workout on the treadmill (2.29 miles)
May 21 – 5hrs of deep-sea fishing for halibut

May 17 – 20 min interval workout on the treadmill (1.69 miles)
May 16 – 30 min interval workout on the treadmill (2.37 miles); TurboFire Fire 55 EZ
May 13 – half-mile walk to a friend’s house
May 12 – 30 min interval workout on the treadmill (2.3 miles)
May 10 – 30 min interval workout on the treadmill (2.3 miles); TurboFire Fire 45/Stretch 10
May 9 – 30 min interval workout on the treadmill (2.25 miles); 3-mile walk with the dogs in the rain
May 6 – Sweated it out on the dance floor for 3 hours. 🙂
